Quilts for Veterans

WE NEED EVERYONES HELP

Moms Love Quilts is not just one person or a small group.  The entire idea is to involve as many citizens and veterans as possible.  It is a community effort.  So we ask all those interested in this project to contact us.

We are seeking veterans, patriots, children and all those who understand or want to understand the debt owed our veterans and wish to demonstrate that they have not forgotten the contract and wish to reaffirm it.  We are also seeking donations.  Money is always good, but it is not all.  We need materials to create the quilts.  We need fabrics, paints, fabric marking pens, batting, gift cards to Joanns fabrics, Michaels Arts and Crafts, Walmart, K Mart and other fabric stores local to Las Vegas.  We are also interested in other artists, quilters and supporters to help build this effort and keep it growing.

We are looking to network too

Without a national network we are limited in what we can do.  We need to network with veterans, veterans organizations, private companies, individual veterans, families, active duty and retired members of the military (all branches) and any group, organization or persons who know of opportunities to recognize and donate quilts to veterans, events and opportunities to show these quilts and gather signatures and sentiments from our people.

We are not seeking to interfere with any projects or programs of others, only join in and support them and garner their support for our mission.  We respect all bylaws of organizations and the objectives and sensitivities of all.

Join with us and help make this a joint effort of all the people of the United States of America.
